How it started
From Patagonia, for SMBs
AIKen started in Neuquén, in Argentine Patagonia. Behind it is a team that had already been building software for SMBs at Patagonia Web Design: the Srebernic brothers —Alex, Iván and Franco— plus Francisco La Russa leading marketing.
We kept seeing the same problem: entire SMBs running on WhatsApp, spreadsheets and memory. Wasted time, money leaking through the cracks, and growth that overwhelms the team instead of scaling it.
So we built AIKen: an AI department for SMBs. Not PowerPoint consulting — real software your team uses every day, with measurable results in weeks, not years.
