We follow a job end to end in a metalworking shop. When a customer requests work, it all starts in Sales: we create the quote in one click, add the customer and the validity date, and pick a job template — welded structure — so the platform already knows the shop and the hours it takes. The quote stays in draft and costing is automatic: materials, labor, machine time and margin, all calculated. We confirm, and the order moves to production: it becomes a job with its stages and the machines it needs. On the calendar you assign each stage to a worker and a day by dragging, and each stage lands on the worker with the right skill. Meanwhile, the tool room tracks materials and tools inventory, and you log stock in and out instantly, with no spreadsheets. From the dashboard you follow the whole shop in real time: from quote to delivery, on one platform.
The problem
Metalworking shops quote in Excel, coordinate production over WhatsApp and track the tool room in a notebook. Every figure is entered three times, costs are guessed, and on Monday morning nobody knows for sure who has to do what, on which machine, or whether the material will hold out.

Does it work for small and mid-size shops?

How is this different from the ERP I already know?
