In the Neuquén Basin the safety data exists, but it sits where nobody can use it: paper reports, photos in a WhatsApp group, and spreadsheets each person builds their own way. Near misses get reported late or never, and permits expire without anyone noticing until the operator asks for them.

What people ask us
Does it work on location, where connectivity is poor?
Yes. Records are stored locally and sync when the link returns. The access control unit needs WiFi, and the system is designed so a dropped connection never means lost data.
Can the breath test result be used to discipline an employee?
No, and it matters to be clear about this: the result is preliminary and non-evidential. It supports the operational decision in the moment — that the person does not enter the plant or drive — which is what prevents the accident. A legally valid sanction requires a counter-test at an external clinic. The units carry calibration traceable to INTI standards.
Is this a closed product or does it adapt to our operation?
It adapts. The core is built and running, and on top of it we fit the flow to how each company actually works: what gets checked, who receives each alert, which documents are tracked and how reporting to the operator is handled.
Why not start with an artificial intelligence project directly?
Because on top of paper reports and loose WhatsApp photos, AI has nothing to hold on to. First the data gets captured properly and traced; with that foundation you can predict, classify and anticipate. We build both stages, in that order.
Do you have real experience in the basin, or are you coming from outside?
We work from Neuquén and the system is running with a regional health and safety company, in production and billing. It is not a pilot or a proof of concept.
