Payment receipts stop living in the WhatsApp group
AI-powered collections reconciliation: your sales rep uploads the receipt from their phone, AI reads it, and the system cross-checks it against both the bank statement and the payment wallet report. Catches payments sent to the wrong account, missing receipts and money that arrived unreported. Running in production in Neuquén, Argentina.
The problem
The sales rep collects out on the road and sends a photo of the receipt to the WhatsApp group. Back at the office someone opens the order report, the bank statement and the wallet summary, and ticks boxes by hand. The expensive part isn't the time: it's that a payment sent to the wrong account looks exactly like a correct one in the photo of a receipt.
The solution
The rep uploads the receipt from their phone with a PIN, AI reads it and extracts bank, amount, date, destination account and transaction number. The system cross-checks it against two independent sources —the bank statement and the wallet's official report— and flags what used to be invisible: payments to the wrong account, missing receipts, transfers that never landed and money received without a report.
Why it works
Issuing bank, amount, date, destination account, transaction number and sender. Even from a wallet screenshot taken on a phone.
The bank statement and the wallet's official report. Not one: two. That is what reveals when the receipt says one thing and the bank says another.
A payment that went to the supplier's account when it was reported as a transfer to the company. On paper it is invisible; here it gets flagged.
Every reconciliation keeps its result, its source documents and its history, exportable to CSV. When you need to find out why money is missing, it is all there.
They log in with a PIN from their phone, find the store in a list of thousands and upload the photo. Nothing to install, no password to remember.
A one-peso difference is not an error. The system absorbs it and saves the alert for what actually matters.
Tour the platform
Three pieces, in the order they solve the problem: the receipt is captured where the money is collected, AI reads it, and cross-checking against bank and wallet shows what the spreadsheet never could.
Módulo 01
The rep logs in with a PIN from their phone, finds the store and uploads the photo or PDF of the receipt. AI reads it instantly and extracts the data: nothing to type.
Módulo 02
Cross-checks the order report against uploaded receipts and against two independent verification sources. It processes in steps, so a statement dozens of pages long does not stall it.
Módulo 03
A public page with your items and prices. The store builds its order from a WhatsApp link and it lands straight in the panel, with nobody transcribing anything.
It is a trick question: if you reconcile by hand, there is no way to know. In 30 minutes we will show you what the answer looks like.

FAQ
It is handled. When the amount AI extracts is not plausible, the system falls back to the declared one rather than inventing a figure; the account is validated by holder name as well as by number; and if the same payment arrives twice, the legible copy wins. Anything that cannot be resolved is flagged for manual review, not guessed.
No. It works with the files you already download: the PDF statement from your online banking and the wallet's activity spreadsheet. No tokens, no integrations to approve, no permissions over your accounts.
The AI cost runs between 8 and 12 US dollars per month for roughly 34 statement pages a day. We chose an economical model after validating it against the client's real documents, not before: it got all 24 test cases right at half the cost of the alternative.
No, it coexists. In fact it exports orders in the same spreadsheet format your current system uses, so nothing that already works has to change.
It has been in production at a regional distributor since August 2026, with real reconciliation runs. On the first run it resolved all six payments in the report.
